Bailey is sweet and just wants some love!  He takes a minute to warm up, but once he does, he loves being petted and brushed.  He is curious, playful and will let you know when he wants cuddles with a little headbutt. :) The fosters found him in their neighborhood and since he was so friendly, decided to take him in so he can find his forever home.
