Hi! My name is Orange Chicken, and my best friend in the whole world is my sister, Pinky Pinkerton so we’re looking for a home together! We’ve been inseparable since we were born, and she’s always been there to help me feel safe. I’m not as brave as Pinky, but I’m just as soft and that’s a fact! New people and places can be really scary for me, and sometimes I’ll hiss just to let you know I’m nervous. But don’t worry—once I get a good sniff of you and feel a few gentle pets, I calm down and surrender to the love!

 

Pinky really gives me a lot of comfort, and we’ve always had a close bond. I’m hoping to find a family that’s patient and understanding because it might take me a little longer than Pinky to adjust. I need someone who’ll let me take my time to build a sense of confidence and trust at my own pace. Pinky is such a big part of that for me, and we always snuggle up together on the window perch & cat tower. We also have a lot of fun chasing each other around or playing with toys that chirp, jingle, or move!

 

One little thing to know about me—I get nose boogies sometimes, especially when I’m stressed. My vet says it’s totally normal for me and nothing to worry about! I’m in great health and the nose boogies go away when I feel less stressed!

 

Even though I might take a bit longer than Pinky to feel safe, once I do, you’ll see my cute and funny personality come out! Right now, R.A.I.N. has a 2 Kitty Special, so it’s the perfect time to adopt us since we’re a bonded pair. I know that with your love, patience, and Pinky by my side, we’ll be one big happy family! I can’t wait!!
