Percy is a sweet little guy looking for his forever home. He has the loudest purr and when you pick him up, he melts in your arms and won't stop purring! Percy loves to be held and snuggle with you. He is absolutely beautiful! He will need a playmate in his new home. He would love to be adopted with one of his siblings- Lily, Ginny, or Ron. He has been around a small dog in his foster home and has had no issue with her, mostly ignoring her.
