Introducing Tangie: A Sweet and Loving Dark Tortie Beauty!

Tangie, named after the Scottish mythical creature known as a shapeshifting sea water horse, is a gentle and affectionate young adult who will capture your heart with her quiet nature and love of attention. Rescued from a feral colony in Mesa when she was only about 4 weeks old, Tangie, along with her littermates and mom, has since blossomed into a sweet and enchanting girl.

While Tangie may take a little time to feel completely comfortable with you, her sweetness and immediate purring will melt your heart. As you shower her with gentle touches and affectionate petting, her gratitude and love will be unveiled, leaving you with a heart full of joy and love. While many young cats may feel completely comfortable in their new home within a few weeks, Tangie may take a bit more time, even a few months to feel completely at home with her new family. With your patience, soft talks and playtime, you will get to know her as a sweet and loving cat who craves attention and being petted. She will love to sleep with you if she can and will come up to you in the morning to show her affection.

Tangie cherishes playtime with her siblings and enjoys observing their antics from a distance. Her observant nature allows her to patiently wait until her littermates have tuckered themselves out before she confidently takes over the toy. This calm and methodical approach showcases her unique personality and ability to adapt to situations, making her not only a delightful playmate but also an intelligent and insightful companion. Her favorite toy is a bird toy with feathers attached to a wand with string. She goes crazy as you make it fly through the air and dip it down so she can grab at it.

To ensure Tangie's happiness and emotional well-being, she will thrive in a home where she is not only loved by humans but also has another cat companion. She loves snuggling up to the other adult cats in her foster home. Tangie loves her littermate Pooka who is also up for adoption. However, Pooka says she absolutely must have an adult male cat in her family, so if you have a sweet boy cat who wants 2 girl companions, these 2 would be purrfect. That being said, Pooka and Tangie are not a bonded pair and will thrive in separate homes as long as they have another cat friend.

By opening your heart and home to Tangie, you'll be rewarded with the unwavering love and affection of a sweet and gentle companion. Witnessing Tangie's transformation from a timid observer to a cherished family member will fill your days with warmth and happiness. Contact us today to arrange a meeting and let Tangie's enchanting spirit become a treasured part of your family. Together, you'll embark on a magical journey, creating lasting memories and forging a bond that will last a lifetime.
