GHOST

FEMALE ORANGE SHORT HAIRED- Ghost is just under a year old. She and about 50 other cats were thrown outside to fend for themselves when their owners abandoned them.When help arrived, she and 2 other adult cats, and 4 kittens were in a box in the driveway. Ghost takes some time to warm up but when she comes out of her shell, she is extremely playful! She loves to play with toys, runs, and climbs. She also has her affectionate side and likes to lay in bed with you at night for a few minutes before bed. She has a very loud purr and will let you know when she is happy. She can get a bit pushy and will gently take your hand in her mouth when she wants more attention but she is learning that she can’t do that and is responding to “No” very quickly. She takes time to get used to other cats but LOVES to play when she knows they are friendly. If you are interested in more than one cat she gets along well with “Mamma and Lovey” who were found with her in the box. Ghost is not used to dogs but I think would be fine after time with a relaxed dog. She would not be great with a high energy or overly interested dog. She is good with older kids that take their time and let her work through being a bit shy.
