Of the entire Musketeer group, Porthos is the most social. He is very talkative, very loving, and adores his foster's dog: an 85lb husky/mix. They have become best friends but it is really in Porthos' best interest to be adopted into another home because it allows his foster to save another life in his place.

Given the situation Porthos and the rest of the Musketeers were brought in from, you would think he had some trauma or fears. Not this boy! The only real indication is that he can be a little food obsessed because he is still learning that he has fresh food and water available any time he wants it--and he loves wet food. His foster has been working on "no" with him while she opens cans up to give to he and his brothers and it seems to be working. Porthos is getting more and more used to being held and even lets his foster mom hold him on his back like a baby without too much protest.
