Charlie is a love bug–which is why his foster affectionately calls him ‘Charlie Bug’!  He wants to be where the people are and he loves to be snuggled.  He adores being able to sit on your lap and will talk to you, telling you about his day and his favorite things.  Charlie is very curious and playful.  He would do best in a home with another kitty to play with.
